Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms:

Return Conditions

  • Products must be in original condition and packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, manuals, accessories, and software must be included.
  • Used or customer-damaged items are not eligible for return.
  • Returns must be requested through our Return Material Authorization (RMA) process.

RMA Process

  1. All returns must be pre-approved with an RMA number.
  2. Items must be returned in the same packaging as received.
  3. Do not write directly on the original box; use an outer box and clearly label it with the RMA number and our full address.
  4. If the original packaging is marked or damaged, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
  5. Items with missing or replaced components, or items found functional after being reported defective, may incur up to a 50% restocking fee.
  6. Once received and inspected by our team, replacements will be processed within 14 business days.

Important Notes

  • Any discrepancies between your purchase order and the received items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
  • Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued after inspection and may take up to 30 days to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within the above timeline, please contact us.

Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days.
  • Delivery delays due to incorrect shipping details or missed deliveries are not our responsibility.
  • Tracking information will be emailed once available.
